Therefore, we will provide customers with a detailed equipment layout map free of charge, so that customers can intuitively understand the required land area. In addition, if the customer already owns their own factory, we can also customize a free design drawing according to the actual area of the site. Experimental testing

Production progress update

In the production process, we always put the customer’s needs first to ensure that every order can proceed smoothly according to the schedule. In order to keep the customer aware of the status of the order, we will make at least three progress reports during the production process. These reports will cover all stages of the order, including raw material procurement and production schedule.

The first progress report is usually shortly after the start of production to inform the customer of the preparation of raw materials and the initiation of production plans. The second report will be conducted in the middle of production, providing detailed information on the production schedule and any problems and solutions that may be encountered. The last report will be conducted near the end of production, when we will share the final inspection results and shipping arrangements.

Mechanical drawings provided

Within 30 to 45 days after the contract is confirmed, we will gradually send our customers important documents related to our orders. These documents include the machine circuit diagram, equipment installation diagram, operation manual, assembly diagram, etc. This information will provide the customers with the necessary technical support to ensure that they can install and operate the equipment smoothly. We are committed to providing comprehensive services at this stage, so that customers can fully understand and master the use of the equipment, so as to improve the production efficiency and ensure the smooth progress of the project. We will pay close attention to the needs of our customers and answer their questions in time.

After- sales

Project Handover

The chief engineer is fully responsible for the entire process from clarifying the demand to completing the production and delivery of the equipment. After the equipment is shipped, the order will be managed by the after-sales team. The chief engineer will hand over the customer file in detail to the after-sales supervisor to ensure that the after-sales department has a clearer understanding of the order and facilitate subsequent services.

Overseas installation

When the customer receives the equipment and completes the installation of the equipment and auxiliary machines, as well as the pipeline connection of the whole line, our technical team can arrange to go abroad for debugging. For customers with the whole line scheme, due to the complex pipeline welding and arrangement involved, our company will make detailed welding connection drawings in advance and send them to customers to ensure that the welding work can be conducted smoothly. The customer may perform the welding by itself based on these drawings. If the customer is inexperienced or not professional in welding, we also provide the service of sending professional welders, who will go to the customer’s site to guide and assist the welding work to ensure that all pipe connections meet the technical requirements.
